Candle Cove

Candle cove is a short horror story written by Kris Straub, that I loved so much that I made a physical book cover for it. I tried to add elements that pertained to the story in the book like making the background look like a vhs tape box to mimic the 1970's time period the story takes place in. I also had a lot of fun with the illustrating my take on the characters described within the book while making it seem like a child drew them after being unfortunate to watch an episode of candle cove.
